We need to find a home for this girl:

Alexandrian parrot or parakeet (although its a BIG parakeet)

She's definitely upset at leaving her old home, but I think she'll turn out to be a very good companion.  She can get nippy, but its not super hard, and I think she'll eventually learn not to do it.  I think they are just 'fear' bites right now.

update: This bird is a SWEETheart!  She loves to sit on your shoulder and make little cooing noises.  She'll make an amazing companion.

After reading the "Of Parrots and People", I can now see getting birds from breeders isn't neccessarily a good thing.

AND with the sheer number of unwanted birds at shelters and whatnot, I have instead decided to adopt out unwanted birds.  Available birds can change frequently, so please call to see who I have looking for a new companion.

I am willing to take in unwanted birds. If you have one or know someone who has just that, let me know...
