Charlie's Pet Emporium is a small, yet reputable pet store situated in Barre, Massachusetts. It was formerly known as Terri's Pet Stop, but Terri has passed the torch to me.

I am Charlie, your host and owner of the Pet Emporium. Allow me to tell you a little about what I'm all about: I am a big animal lover. Each and every animal on this planet is fascinating to me...even the typical animals we take for granted everyday such as dogs or cats or even common squirrels.

Its true, I'm much more interested in snakes, and lizards and things like that, but I still like the fluffy stuff too! There is something about having a 'pet' (I prefer friend) that makes people feel good.

Whether its the calming effect of watching fish, or the loyalty and true friendship of a dog or bird; pets are wonderful to have around. And very simply, if we take an animal into our homes, it is our responsibility to care for it to our outmost ability. Heck, I treat my two Sun Conures as my children. They tend to eat better food than I do...all organic! I wouldn't sell either of them for a million dollars or any amount of money. They simply are not 'pets' in my mind...they are friends, they are family.

With that in mind, my policy for my store is to provide the very BEST in furry friends and the very best in supplies whenever possible. I buy new friends from animal breeders whenever possible. I buy superior food and supplies. I will give sound advice on animal care.

Thus my motto: "Only the BEST for your best friend."
